● We hope the passengers to arrive the airport about two hours before the flight time to redress any missed documents, also it is preferable to have a syrain cash (to rent trolley and taxi) .

● The passengers could reach the airport by car or any other transporting vehicle, passegers private cars could be parked within parking area in front of the terminal.

Fees of parking :

● the passengers can rent a trolley to carry their baggages, its fee is "50SP".

● Passengers can follow up the flights by flight monitors in the terminal, passengers can also use many services avaliable in the terminal (shops, exchange, information, toilets. . ).

● Passengers can enter the departure gate as soon as it is announced by public address for starting the flight's check in.

● The passengers enter the departure area where their passport and ticket are instantly checked,

● The passenger then pass the security check area by passing through security arc, and their baggages are checked by X-Ray set.

• The passengers have to get and fill airport charge stamp for "200 S.P" from the airport cahrge stamp stand.

• Syrian passengers have pay an additional tax as following:

- "800 SP" additional fee for passengers departuring to arabian states.

- "1500 SP" additional fee for passengers departuring to foreign states.

The fees is not deserving the passengers less than 10 years old.

• Airlines delegates check the passport and flight ticket within check area, also they weight passengers baggage. The baggage are carried to the airplane except hand bags, passengers must keep the boarding card.

• We draw passengers attention to the maximum permissible weight of baggage which is delimited by airlines, every extra weight costs the passengers additional fee which must be paied through extra weight fee office.

- The check area hall contains exchanging stand.

• After that passengers head towards passporting check area where the passports is checked and signed through immigration stands.

• Passegers go up to transit hall waitting flight time.

Transit hall contains my services and utilities :( Free duty, Cafeteria, Resturant, Smoking room, Toilets,Drinking service machine).

• The passengers head towards the requested gate when the last call is announced by public adress, the monitors also show up the requested gate.

Aleppo INTL airport contains 8 gates, four of them (5-6-7-8) are aerobridge gates located in transit hall, and the others (1-2-3-4) are gound gates located in the first floor.

• Passengers get in the departure gate, they undergo to last security check by X-Ray, after a few minutes all passengers head the airplane.
