The following are important instructions for passengers arriving to the Aleppo International Airport upon departure from the plane:
|
1.Please have passport ready once exiting the plane
2.If the passenger has exited through the aerobridge, he has to leave the transit hall by taking the escalator towards the passport check area. If the passenger has exited through a ground gate, he has to take the bus provided and then proceed directly towards the passport check area

3.For tourism information, please proceed to Tourism Office located within the passport check area.
4.In the passport check area you can find: ATM, branch of Commercial Bank of Syria, Health Center.

5.After exiting the passport check area, the passenger may continue to baggage claim. Please take a trolley (it is free of charge ) .note: any missing luggage should be reported at the office of baggage retrieval immediately(lost and found office). |

6.After retrieving their baggage, passengers may proceed to custom directly ahead. note: if a passenger has animals or plants, he or she must consult with the office of veterinary quarantine and/or the office of planting quarantine in arrival hall.

7.Once passengers are cleared at customs, they may proceed to the reception area in the arrival hall and exit the terminal. information including how to get a taxi will be available.

Banned Goods:
The following is a list of goods that passengers are restricted from carrying and will be confiscated at customs:
1. Weapons, sharp tools, pistols, and any kind of explosive materials.
2. Toys shaped as weapons.
3. Flammable liquids including all oils.
4. Regulatory banned customs goods.
